Welcome!

My name is Sephra Albert and I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and  Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist practicing in Boulder, CO.  I graduated in 2004 from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and have since worked in physical therapy clinics, chiropractic offices, and private practice. I am passionate about learning anatomy, how our bodies move, and the ways in which we can release to find ease and support through our movement and lives. My bodywork combines a variety of modalities and techniques to address your specific needs and meet your personal goals.
