Sephra Albert is a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) and Certified Manual Lymphatic Drainage Therapist (CMLDT) practicing in Boulder, CO. She graduated in 2004 from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and has since worked in physical therapy clinics, chiropractic offices, and private practice. She is passionate about learning anatomy and kinesiology, and the ways in which we can release tension to find ease and support through our movement and lives. Her exploration of the body includes her own movement practices such as Essentrics®, yoga, TRX, hiking, and skiing as well as continuing education on a variety of topics each year. She also teaches musculoskeletal anatomy workshops using the Anatomy in Clay® system, and the fitness technique Essentrics®. Her bodywork combines a variety of modalities and techniques to address your specific needs and meet your personal goals.
Sephra lives on her little piece of urban farm heaven in Longmont, CO with her partner Aaron, a large vegetable garden, three hens, and three fish.
