Sephra Albert is a certified massage therapist practicing in Boulder, CO. She graduated in 2004 from the Boulder College of Massage Therapy and has since worked in physical therapy clinics, chiropractic offices, and private practice. She is passionate about learning anatomy, the way the body moves, and the ways in which we can release tension to find ease and support through our movement and lives. Her exploration of the body includes her own movement practices such as yoga, TRX, hiking, and skiing as well as continuing education on a wide variety of topics each year. She also teaches basic anatomy to yoga teachers in training in the Boulder/Denver area and Anatomy in Clay workshops. Her bodywork combines a variety of modalities and techniques to address your specific needs and meet your personal goals.
Sephra lives on her little piece of urban farm heaven in Longmont, CO with her partner Aaron, a large vegetable garden, three chickens, and six fish.
